IMPORTANT  POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

 

Please note our policies regarding training programs in regard to refunds and transfers.

Withdrawl - 60 days before start of program you will receive a 50%refund minus $20.00 for processing.

 

Withdrawl 30 days to 15 days before the start of the program 25% refund minus add. $20.00 for processing.

 

Withdrawl 14-8 days before the start of the program 10% refund minus add. $20.00 processing

 

Withdrawl 7 days prior to start of program no refunds, credit toward a future workshop with $50 transfer fee.

*You may transfer your registration to someone else for the same date workshop for $20.00 processing fee, at anytime.

**PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENTS HAVE A DIFFERENT POLICY SPELLED OUT IN THE SIGNED AGREEMENT...DEPOSITS ON PAYMENT PLANS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE *after 3 days of receipt.
