The Pilates Teacher Jumpstart Program is the perfect pre-training course for you. In this program, you will:

• Master Mat class fundamentals.

• Gain a foundational education in anatomy and kinesiology.

• Learn essential modifications needed for a successful teaching career.

• ​Once registered you will receive information confirming your in-person location. This summer this course will be hybrid in format -If you are registered for either Mat Comprehensive or Reformer 1 -This course is included.

All students who complete this course can apply the fees paid toward the Comprehensive Mat Teacher Training or Reformer 1 held in 2025.

 

Whether you're exploring a new career path or aiming to enhance your personal Pilates practice, this course offers valuable insights and skills for everyone.
