• This is an online educational program. The basics of anatomy, kinesiology and contraindications are explored in the first 2 lessons. Basic Reformer exercises-choreography and form are presented in the last 2 sessions.

• This program is for those wishing to start the Reformer Teacher Training, or enthusiasts looking to expand their own understanding. 

​

• *This is not a teaching certificate but the hours and a portion of fees can be applied to our Reformer 1 Training.

•  Classes are via Zoom and available by recording till July 2026.
